Jumping Jack

I’d had the image in mind for almost a year and finally coordinated the taking of it. Credit is particularly due the my model who jumped quite high for this, quite a few times, and I think his muscles felt it the next day.

North Norfolk

I walked from Wells to Brancaster Staithe today, a pleasingly varied walk with everything from peaceful pine forest the open beach and salt marshes.

I rather liked this, the footprint of a dog and his master.

A very minimalist seascape.

White Admiral

Something a little different. I thought I’d try and track down some white admiral butterflies. They’re quite rare and are a very difficult thing to photograph because they like to keep quite well up in the leaf canopy. I think these are some of the best photos I’ve taken of them though.

Bodham Church

I took this as I passed by when I was walking, it was almost 30 degrees C all day so the church was a welcome, cool, respite.
